Based on the Needs
Analysis Report, review current utilization of AV and television
facilities.
Review and evaluation of current and future
technology and equipment as it may affect Basebuilding Design and
budgets.
Develop preliminary conceptual drawings of each area
to confirm deployment of specified space.
Provide preliminary estimates for power and HVAC
loads, and acoustic criteria for each space.
Analyze functional spatial relationships of all areas
in terms of personnel traffic and material flow.
Meet with the project principals for review and approvals.
