Project Manager
Peter F. X. Mulvilhill joined
Rycat in 1993. He has an extensive
background in the telecommunications industry that he gained while working with
one of the former Bell System companies. He
has been responsible for: Central Office Engineering, Planning, Design and
Implementation; Special Service Order Provisioning; Methods and Procedures
Preparation; Union/Management Relations; Large Mainframe Computer Application;
Project Management; National Security Emergency Preparedness; and Interfacing
with the Federal and State Governments.
Mr. Mulvihill, while employed
in the various supervisory positions, was also responsible for Budget
Preparation and Control; Force Management; Productivity Improvement; Cost
Reduction; Personnel Administration; Inter- and Intra-Company Interfaces; and
Training and Presentations.
Peter has been a director and
company representative in the Manhattan Chapter of the New York State Society of
Professional Engineers. He has had
experience in construction, surveying, home inspection, and contract telephone
installation.
Peter has a Bachelor of Civil
Engineering degree from Manhattan College and has been a Licensed Professional
Engineer in the State of New York since 1963.
He has been honorably discharged from the U.S. Army and has had a top
secret clearance from the Department of Investigative Services for one of his
previous assignments.
