Analysis
Conduct interviews with representative clients to determine
overall AV and communications needs as well as specific equipment and
capabilities needed to meet their requirements.
Prepare an AV conceptual design report to verify AV
capabilities and systems by space.
Prepare preliminary planning budgets for equipment and
installation.
Meet with the planning/building principals for approvals.
