Basebuilding Design Services
Rycat offers highly detailed Basebuilding Design services. We provide the architect with design information in the form of drawings, specifications, reports, and review and comment, in order to complete basebuilding construction documents. In addition, we provide information for other disciplines, such as inter-building and inter-room relationships for architects and interior designers, and heat and power load data for mechanical and electrical engineers.

 

Systems Design Services
Design services required to develop the design and specifications of the audio, audiovisual and television systems, and to provide complete bidding documents for the provision and installation of the systems by a qualified systems contractor.

 

Systems Implementation Services
Rycat reviews systems contractor’s submittals, checks pre-installation and on-site workmanship and progress, and supervises the acceptance testing of all systems.
