Steve Sass’s
37-year business career includes
twenty-eight years with IBM in customer service and education executive
management, and four years as Director-in-charge of the Center for Leadership
Development for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. He
holds a Master’s degree in Business Policy from Columbia University, currently
serves as a third term-elected Trustee of the Franklin Lakes NJ School Board,
and is a member of several professional societies including the American Society
for Training and Development, the International Society for Performance
Improvement, the NY and NJ Human Resource Planners Groups, and the Drucker
Foundation Leadership Development advisory board.
Steve’s focus at Rycat is primarily in the areas of
Project and Process Management. Other
areas of competence include Executive Coaching; Leadership Development;
360-Degree Feedback; Distance Learning; Business Strategy; Corporate Education
Program Design, Development and Evaluation; and Customer Service Management.
Steve also facilitates several courses in the ASTD Certificate Program in
Human Performance Improvement.

of the Future. He has also
written "Leaders as Learners," published in Executive
Excellence in May 1998.
Steve initiated the KPMG
Knowledge Network, which was presented to TeleCon XVII in November 1997, and to
ITCA in June 1997 and March 1998. The
system received an Honorable Mention at TeleCon XVII for Best Distance Learning
Program - Corporate Education 1997. It
subsequently won first place in November 1999 at TeleCon XIX as Best Corporate
Distance Learning System.
