those in-house.
Rycat’s newest service,
training and performance support, is designed to counter this trend.
This ensures that operators and end users have the necessary skills to use the
system effectively and efficiently.
Training sessions are
targeted to each user group, designed to deliver only what is needed, rather
than nice to know material.
Post deployment
support is also addressed through the use of performance support mechanisms such
as job aids, step action tables for commonly
used functions, customized J-I-T reference materials, and others.
